It currently sits about 300 miles north of the Virgin Islands and has slightly re-organized. Hurricane hunter aircraft found tropical storm force winds in the northeast quadrant of the storm. This system has a moderate, 50% chance of re-strengthening into a tropical storm as it moves northwestward at 20 mph. Also, a tropical wave in the southern Caribbean Sea kicks up showers and thunderstorms,which are not well organized.
