This NOAA satellite image taken Thursday, August 05, 2010 at 01:45 PM EDT shows a circular cloud structure produced by the remnants of Tropical Storm Colin.   It currently sits about 300 miles north of the Virgin Islands and has slightly re-organized.  Hurricane hunter aircraft found tropical  storm force winds in the northeast quadrant of the storm.  This system has a moderate, 50% chance of re-strengthening into a tropical storm as it moves northwestward at 20 mph. Also, a tropical wave in the southern Caribbean Sea kicks up showers and thunderstorms,which are not well organized.  This system has a low, 10% chance of tropical storm formation as it continues moving westward into Central America at 15-20 mph.
